Out of Hours

Bowerham School has its own out of school care.

With a Breakfast club and an after school club facility available to parents.

Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am until 8.55am - the children are able to have breakfast at school with a selection of breakfast cereals or toast and fruit juice.

Children are involved in activities such as games, reading, drawing and role play.

Sessions cost £3.00 per day.

The After School Club runs from 3.20pm until 5:40pm. The children can play games and sports. Children are given a snack around 4:15 and 4:30pm -with a selection of fruits, toast and jam, cheese and crackers, fruit juice etc.

Sessions cost £5.50 per day.

The following extract is taken from our last Ofsted report

'“Children enjoy a good range of toys and equipment which contribute to the happy time they spend in the setting. They have good opportunities to be involved in craft activities and cooking. Children spoken to were happy with the activities planned and the resources made available to them All children are effectively supported, therefore they enjoy their time in the setting”

The school also offers a variety of after school clubs such as Art Club, Sewing club, Athletics Club. Some may require a small payment to cover material costs.
